about
About the artist:
Jaelyn Komisarski is a twenty-six year old artist based in Erie, Pennsylvania who has been creating art since she was young, as it has been a continuous passion for throughout her life. Although specializing in traditional art - primarily painting - she also enjoys digital art and illustration. Jaelyn finds herself drawn to subjects such as portraits, nature, and abstraction, finding immense beauty and realness in the people and the world we live in.
Often, she utilizes herself as the model in her portraiture, as a mode of both self-reflection and self-projection into the world through her lense of creation.
